How to spend your personal epoints on rewards

1. Log in and search the epoints reward range

Log in to www.epoints.com (click here if you need help doing this) and select “Rewards” (1) from the main menu at the top of the page. This will take you through to our rewards range where you will find products listed with an epoints price (2) listed for each. Remember, you can see how many epoints you currently have in the yellow section titled “Your epoints” in the top right-hand corner of the page.

To find something that you want to get with your epoints, you can filter by clicking on different departments (3) and/or by selecting different epoints price ranges (4). One very handy option is to select “Show rewards I can afford” (5)  from the epoints filter menu. This will filter your search to ensure you only see rewards that you can claim today with your current balance.

If you have something specific that you want to search for, enter it into the search bar at the top of the rewards section (6) and select “Search” to bring back the best matches.

2. Select a product

When you select a product from the rewards range, you will see more detailed information about the product, related rewards and delivery information. If you wish to get this reward, just amend the quantity (1) you want (if necessary) and then click “Select reward” (2).

3. Add any other rewards and then head to checkout

Once you’ve added a reward for your basket, the catalogue and product page will reflect this. You can now continue to browse the range and add other rewards if you wish before checking out. When you’ve selected all the items you want, click on the gift icon (1) at the top of the screen and your selected rewards should drop down. To begin the checkout process, click “View selected rewards” (2) at the end of this list.

4. Review your rewards

This gives you an overview of all the rewards you’ve selected. If you need to remove a singular product or remove all items you’ve selected, you can do this using the relevant “Remove” links (1), either next to the item or at the bottom of the list for remove all. You should also double check the quantities you’ve ordered and you can make any amends required by using the +/- icons (2).

Finally, you’ll be able to see how many epoints are required to purchase each product and in total for the order. If you have enough epoints and are happy, you should click “Order rewards” (3) to continue.

  • If you do not have enough epoints, you will be unable to click this and a message will show below informing you of how many more epoints you need. You will need to amend your order before proceeding.

5. Enter delivery and contact details

Complete this form (1) to let us know where we should be sending your reward and how we can contact you in case there are any issues with your order. As a reminder, you will also find delivery information on the right-hand side. All of our rewards include postage & packing so there is no extra charge.

Once you’ve completed your details, please click “Next” (2) to review your order. If this is greyed out and you cannot click on it, this means that you have not completed all the required fields in the form – make sure that you’ve completed everything that has a red * by it.

6. Review your order and submit

Finally, you will see a summary of your order, including your reward choices and delivery details. If you need to change anything, you can select the “Edit” (1) link next to the relevant section you need to amend.

Once you’re satisfied, click “Place order” (2). You will be taken to a confirmation screen once your order has gone through successfully and you will also receive an email to confirm your order.
