1. Navigate to the “Dashboard” page under “Reporting” for a company overview

The simplest way to do this is from the Recognition Manager overview screen (the first screen when you log in). You simply need to click “Dashboard” (1) in the section titled “Reporting”. You can also access this by selecting “Reporting” (2) in the left-hand side menu and then click on “Dashboard” (3) from the drop-down menu.

2. Set dates for reporting

Here you will see an overview of your company’s activity. By default, this screen will show graphs for the past week.

To show a different time period, you can either select a preset time period by clicking on the history icon (1) or enter specific dates into the start and end date fields (2). To do this, you just need to click the calendar icon, click on the date you want and click “Done”.

If you want to export this data to Microsoft Excel, you just need to select “Export” (3). A pop-up message will inform you that your export is in progress. Once it is complete and ready to view, you will receive an email. You are able to download the report, click on the messages icon (4) at the top of the page and select the file.

3. Navigate to “Leaderboard” under “Reporting” for more detail

To see more detail of ecard usage by department and employee, you will need to select “Leaderboard” from the “Reporting” section of the Recognition Manager (1) or select “Reporting” in the left-hand menu (2) and then click “Leaderboard” from the drop-down menu (3). 

4. Set dates for reporting

This will show ecards sent per department and per username, along with the reasons selected for each ecard.

Once again, you can edit the time period by either selecting a preset time period using the history icon (1) or entering specific dates into the start and end date fields (2). 

If you want to export this data to Microsoft Excel, select “Export all” (3). A pop-up message will inform you that your export is in progress. Once it is complete and ready to view, you will receive an email. You are able to download the report, click on the messages icon (4) at the top of the page and select the file.
