How to view your personal epoints balance and history
1. Log in to view your current epoints & pending epoints
The simplest way to do a quick check on your epoints balance is simply to log in to www.epoints.com (click here if you need help doing this) and look in the top right-hand corner of your screen where you will see “Your epoints” current value, along with any “Pending” epoints (1).
To get a more detailed breakdown of your points, click on your name (2) at the top of the screen and a drop-down menu will appear. From here, select “My epoints” (3).
- Pending points will typically occur when you have used epoints on a purchase through one of our linked retailers (see here for more info on earning epoints outside work). In this case, your points will generally be added within 30 days.
2. View your epoints breakdown
Here you will be able to see a breakdown of your account activity, including any epoints you have earned or spent, when this occurred and what activity triggered it.
You may see ecards listed here – they will be displayed here using the “reason” that was used for sending the card with the sender listed underneath. For example, in this screenshot, a “Christmas” ecard was sent to the account by IAT HR.
To see your sent and received ecard history, you can click “Ecard management” from the sub-menu or by clicking your name and selecting this from the drop-down menu. For further assistance, click here.
