Our New ‘Create Your Own Ecard' Feature!

Let your creativity run wild while recognising your people with our new Create Your Own Ecard feature! This allows you to add your own message, images, and more to tailor your recognition to the occasion.  

Unleash your inner artist by creating an Ecard that is truly unique, memorable and perfectly personalised to suit the deserving recipient.

What Features Of My Ecard Can I Change?

With the new Create Ecard feature, you can now add up to six words of customised display text onto the Ecard, as well as changing the font and colour of your message. You can also alter the background colour and upload any image to fit the theme of your recognition. The only requirement is that it fits within the Ecard dimensions!

How Do I Create An Ecard?

Ready to get started? It’s simple! In just a few steps, you’ll be on your way to sending the perfect, unique Ecard:

  1. Log In: Start by logging into your account on the platform.
  1. Access the Ecard Library: Once logged in, look at the left-hand menu and click on the ‘Recognise’ option.
  1. Select ‘Create Your Own’: In the Ecard library, the Create Ecard option will appear first in the top left corner. Click on it to start crafting your masterpiece!
  1. Create Your Ecard: Follow the on-screen prompts to customise your own Ecard, adding your message, images, and other personal touches.
  1. Finalise and Send: Complete your design, review your Ecard and send it to your hard-working colleague.

Free For Your use  

This feature is free and immediately available to all of our clients currently using the platform. It is also open to all Users, Managers and SuperAdmins alike!  

However, if this feature does not suit your recognition needs, the Create Ecard function can be hidden from your individual platform. Simply reach out to your Client Success Manager, who will be able to assist you in disabling this.

More About This Feature

  • The usual privacy settings can still be applied to your created Ecards:

You have full control over the visibility of your created Ecards, just like with our standard Ecards. Whether you want to share your message publicly with the team or keep it private between you and the recipient.

  • Custom Ecards cannot be saved or stored as a template. Create a new, unique design every time!

Unlike standard templates, these bespoke designs are not saved, so that you can create a fresh design each time you send recognition. This ensures that every recognition you send is tailored specifically to the moment and the individual.
