Tops Day Nurseries and Aspire Training Team recently hosted their annual Awards Night with an enchanting ‘Under the Sea’ theme. The event was a celebration of the exceptional work and dedication of staff across the Tops and Aspire family, recognising their contributions to delivering high-quality Early Years Education and Training.  

A Magical Setting for Celebration  

Held at the Lighthouse in Poole, the night was filled with festivities and celebration. The venue was transformed into a magical under-the-sea wonderland, complete with ocean-themed décor, creating an immersive and fun atmosphere for all attendees.

Catering for the evening was expertly handled by the Tops Day Nurseries catering team, offering a 3-course meal, including a vegetarian option. This is part of the companies’ ongoing commitment to sustainability and providing nutritious meals across all nurseries.

The evening began with a breathtaking performance by talented opera singer and Tops Day Nurseries employee, Tanya. This created an elegant and memorable entrance for guests.

Throughout the evening, the awards ceremony honoured the remarkable achievements of nurseries, colleagues and partners across Tops Day Nurseries and Aspire Training Team. The awards were presented in various categories, recognising individuals in every area of the company from apprentices to the Senior Leadership Team. This show of appreciation celebrated those who have gone above and beyond in their roles over the past year and have excelled in delivering training, developing skills, and supporting growth in the early years sector.  

Fostering a Culture of Recognition A Night to Remember

This year’s winner was Manuel, a worker within the Catering Hub. Manuel tirelessly provides the meals for the children as well as the delicious food for the awards night!
