Empower Your Managers with Multi-Team Management!

It is our priority to provide you with a flexible and tailor-made solution that suits every kind of business, including their unique internal structure.

We’re making it easier than ever for managers to oversee multiple teams on the Each Person platform. With our recent update, managers can now switch effortlessly between different team dashboards, helping them stay on top of employee recognition, activity, and engagement.

How Does It Work?

The fresh Multi-Team Management feature enables Super Admins to personalise their platform to match their management structure. Super Admins can utilise this by going to the “Reporting” tab and selecting “Browse People”, from here they can click on the pencil icon to amend team access.

Once a manager has been selected for their teams, they will be able to seamlessly switch between dashboards.  Managers can do this by selecting the name of their team on the left side of the screen above the menu. Once selected, they can navigate between their assigned departments. A simple click instantly updates their dashboard to show the applicable team balance and Ecard feed showing relevant employee recognition.  

Managers can now view team-specific insights, including nomination activity, people activity and more, making it easier to track and celebrate employee recognition and engagement across different departments.
