Why is a Holiday Salary Sacrifice Scheme Important?

As we all know, everyone needs a rest and reset away from the stresses of everyday life from time to time. Studies have shown that taking time off can reduce stress levels, increase productivity, and overall, drastically improve physical and mental wellbeing.

Signing Up is Simple

Step 1.

Once your company has opted into the scheme, employees can find the scheme by going to the ‘Benefits’ tab and selecting ‘Learn more’ on the Holiday Salary Sacrifice tile.  
Step 2.

Once on the Holiday page, they can find more information and click ‘Find Holiday’ to be redirected to the Inspire website and browse a huge variety of getaway options.

Step 3.

Once the employee has chosen the trip of their dreams, they can go back to the Each Person Holiday page and select ‘Apply for voucher’.

Step 4.

Here the employee simply needs to input their personal details and how much they would like to request.  

Step 5.

Once they have clicked ‘continue’, their application will be received by our team and sent through to the employer for approval.
