Unveiling our New Employee Benefits Page!

We have been working hard to provide a layout for your employee benefits that is clear but also customisable to suit the individuality of our clients. Participating clients and their employees can now access our exciting new benefits page.

Where can I find my Employee Benefits?

To access your tailored benefits page, simply log into the platform; after this, you will be taken to the Recognition Dashboard. Look to the menu on the left of your screen and select ‘Benefits’. 

Providing clarity on your employee benefits

This new, carefully curated page is designed to showcase what you can offer your people. Each handpicked benefit has its own tile and is accompanied by an icon, title, small description, and a ‘view more’ button. By clicking this button, employees can explore more about the options that suit them. 

Our partners' employees who have not opted for this feature will not have the “Benefits” tab visible on their dashboard. However, SuperAdmin users will always be able to see this tab as they have the opportunity to create new custom benefits if they wish.

How does it work?

Some employee benefits, such as the Salary Sacrifice schemes, are regarded as “integrated benefits” Therefore, SuperAdmins will not be able to update these schemes.

However, SuperAdmins have free access to add as many custom benefits as they require, they also have the ability to update the benefits page, enabling users and managers to explore, interact with, and sign up for new exciting benefits as soon as they are available.

To ensure that your people are clear on everything available to them, duplication of benefit tiles is not possible. The content of the “Benefit Title” and “Benefit Filter” must be different to one another to display each unique benefit in all its glory. Adding a custom benefit with the same title as another will simply update the existing benefit.

Looking for something specific?

If the Benefits page contains a lot of tiles, a ‘view all’ button will appear at the bottom of the page. Clicking on this will display all available employee benefits. Users can also filter their benefits using the available tabs at the top of the page.

Other fixes and announcements!

• Let’s Connect SSO: Users who are currently blocked from placing orders because of the API key change from Let’s Connect will now be able to proceed without any errors.
• Push Notifications Update: This issue has now been resolved for users receiving duplicate notifications on their mobile devices for their nominations.
• And finally, it is good news for our bike-loving employees at Imperial Hotels! The maximum allowance for the Cycle to Work scheme has now been increased.
