The Each Person team has been hard at work implementing exciting new features and improvements to ensure that our bespoke employee benefits platform continues to support employers and their valued people seamlessly. Check out all the fresh features in our latest set of release notes!
Each Person is dedicated to continuously upgrading the protective measures against suspicious activity on our platform while preserving a simple and smooth experience for our users. Our latest security update focuses on strengthening these safeguards.
As part of this security update, we have now introduced a Multi-Factor Authentication option to the log-in process for all users. Adding two-step verification not only acts as a peace of mind, but more importantly it offers a practical safeguarding option to users.
Additionally, we’ve introduced an automated security feature that locks accounts at the first sign of unusual activity. This proactive measure ensures that an immediate defence is implemented as soon as our system detects that an account might be compromised.
Account locking is rare, but if you find that your account has been frozen, don’t worry! All you need to do is send an email to support@eachperson.com and our lovely support team will quickly investigate and unlock the account.
Our refreshed Ecard feed design is now live on your dashboard! This sleek new layout enhances user experience by ensuring that you can stay up to date with all the latest personal and organisation-wide recognition. We have unveiled Ecard filters, so you can find and view Ecards more easily!
Make the most of your new Ecard filters by heading to the top of your recognition feed. Here, you'll find selectable tabs that allow you to easily sort and refine the Ecards that have been sent to you:
