Partnering up with Specsavers means that employees can use their vouchers at over 900 locations across the UK, making the process simple and accessible.

Through Each Person's Eyecare Benefit Scheme, eye tests, typically priced at £25, are now available for just £22 per person. This 12% discount on eyecare vouchers offers our clients a cost-effective and simple way to provide essential eyecare for their teams. This streamlined solution not only reduces costs but also makes it easier than ever to ensure employees receive the necessary eye care.  

Furthermore, following the eye test employees will be entitled to a free pair of glasses in the £49 range, or £49 towards the £99, when prescribed for VDU (Visual Display Unit) use. This can help protect their eyes and enhance their comfort while working on screens.

Facilitating The Process So You Don’t Have To

Employees who spend most of their time working on Visual Display Units (VDUs) are legally entitled to employee eye tests through their workplace. By facilitating this process, we ensure that your people can get the proper eyecare that they need for free. Under certain circumstances, they can also get money towards new glasses!

How Can Employees Access Free Eyecare?

Step 1: Go to the Eyecare Tab

Log into Each Person and visit the Benefits page. The Eyecare tile will be visible once the benefit is available to you.

Step 2: Click ‘Apply Now’

Once you are on the Eyecare page, click the ‘Apply Now’ button to start your application.

Step 3: Complete the Application Form

Fill out the form with the required information, making sure all details are correct.

Step 4: Processing your Application

Our team will receive and process your application.

Step 5: Get Your Voucher!

You will then receive your employee eye test voucher via email!
