Each Person’s Employee Nomination feature allows employees to recognise their colleagues’ accomplishments by submitting nominations for various award categories, created by you as the employer. This flexibility enables companies to create annual awards tailored to their unique goals and culture. Categories could include anything from “Outstanding Team Player” and “Innovation Award” to “Customer Service Excellence” or “Leadership of the Year.” By customising awards to align with the company’s mission, values, and objectives, organisations can make recognition meaningful and targeted, emphasising behaviours or actions that drive company success.  

The nomination feature simplifies the process by providing a user-friendly interface where employees can easily submit nominations and add specific examples of their nominee’s achievements. These nominations can be made private or public, depending on the individual who is nominating preferences. This approach encourages peer-to-peer recognition, allowing employees to share positive feedback about colleagues they admire and who they believe make a difference.
