2. Choose Plan: They will then select how much fuel they’ll need each month  
3. Get Card: We’ll send their Diesel Card in the post along with their pin number
4. Use Card: Your people can enjoy discounted diesel across thousands of participating stations!

What Happens if I Spend Over My Monthly Amount?
Have to make a long, unexpected journey? No worries, if you spend over your card balance, the excess amount is simply taken from your credit/debit card and the Weekly Fixed Price is still applied!

‍ Are There Any Additional Costs Associated with My Subscription?
Yes, there is a small 1.2% administrative fee applied to all subscription payments. This is the fee charged by our secure payment service provider.  

‍What Should I Expect on Payment Day?
Diesel card payments are taken on the first working day of every month. The payment will be the monthly amount you choose to load onto the card when signing up, along with a 1.2% admin fee charged by our payment provider.  Payments are taken around 4pm on this day. Once your payment has been successfully taken, you will receive your PIN via email.
