Sustainability in the Workplace

In 2020. we partnered with Carbon Footprint to give Each Person members the opportunity to donate towards reforestation and promote sustainability in the workplace. We are committed to supporting businesses to reach their sustainability goals through our innovative Plant a Tree feature. This initiative allows companies to support environmental goals by integrating eco-friendly practices into their employee benefits programme. Employees can choose to contribute to tree planting either by using their Epoints or debit/credit card, making it easy to have a positive impact on the environment.  

The Plant a Tree feature is part of Each Person’s broader efforts to promote sustainability in the workplace, encouraging businesses to adopt greener practices and reduce their carbon footprint. Employees are rewarded with Eco Points, which can be redeemed to plant trees in deforested areas around the world. This not only helps reforestation efforts but also supports biodiversity and combats climate change.  

By offering this environmentally-conscious feature, companies can align their employee rewards programme with their sustainability values. Employees who are passionate about the environment can feel empowered by contributing to a cause that matters to them, while companies can demonstrate their commitment to corporate social responsibility.  

Each Person’s Plant a Tree feature allows businesses to engage their workforce in sustainability efforts, creating a culture of eco-consciousness while fostering employee engagement and motivation. It’s a simple yet impactful way to contribute to a greener future and consider sustainability in the workplace. Small actions can make a big difference and what we do today can determine the future for the next generation. To reflect our own commitment to this vital initiative, we’re also donating 5% of our profits to the scheme.
