That’s why Each Person's thank you Ecard feature now offers you the option to schedule an Ecard. Show an individual or team how much they are appreciated by for their hard work, determination and special occasions at the date and time you require with ease.  

Our bespoke collection of Ecards provides companies with a simple and creative way to express gratitude to employees, fostering a culture of recognition and positivity. As the employer, you have full control over the designs shown and can even upload your own for a completely personalised recognition feature. This digital tool empowers managers and colleagues alike to send customised thank-you Ecards, making it easy to acknowledge contributions, celebrate achievements, and strengthen morale.  

How Do You Schedule an Ecard?

Each Person’s Ecard feature is designed to be both user-friendly, bespoke and fun for everyone involved. With a variety of designs to choose from, users can personalise Ecards to reflect specific achievements or milestones, from recognising a job well done to celebrating a birthday or other life event. These thank you Ecards can be customised with a message that acknowledges the recipient's hard work, important milestones or other unique reasons.  

With our recent update, once you have filled out all the important information and picked out a fun design, you will be able to schedule your Ecard for a date and time which works best for you. You will need to be on the final confirmation screen to do this and must select the calendar icon on the ‘Send an Ecard’ button. A calendar screen will then pop up, enabling you to seamlessly pick the ideal time to schedule your lovely Ecard.
